As a Certified Happiness Life Coach, Meenakshi combines proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Intelligence (EI).
